Thomas graduated from Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia with a bachelor of commerce degree and holds a diploma in mechanical engineering and semiconductor technology from the Singapore Polytechnic and Temasek Polytechnic respectively. Thomas also holds a Certificate in Real Estate Sales (RES) and has undergone extensive professional real estate training programs by ERA. He is also awarded and inducted into the ERA Million Dollar Club, ERA Top Achievers and ERA Diamond Achievers. In addition, Thomas has also won many Awards and Accolades in ERA.
As a licensed real estate salesperson and a property investor that owns both residential and commercial properties locally and overseas himself, Thomas is passionate about adding massive value to his clients asset portfolio and helping them achieve ultimate peace of mind on their property investment, be it for own-stay or for investment. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Thomas was a Regional Sourcing Manager and a Materials Manager at a French and an American multinational corporations respectively serving the oil and gas industry. Thomas is a resident of Tampines/Bedok area since 1992. He is also an avid gamer who loves “World of Warcraft”, Cryptocurrency Trading and enjoys running and cycling around the Bedok Reservoir in his leisure time.

Work Life Balance
Thomas was never a "car fanatics" and owning a car is more of a utility for him. Nonetheless, he loves his new Toyota Prius+ Hybrid MPV as it's a trusty workhorse providing a safe ride, ample space for his family outings and of course, it's environmentally friendly. His MPV can fit his extended family of six perfectly when they need to spend quality time together.
My Pastime
When Thomas needs to take a breather from his real estate work, he enjoys pounding the dusty path around the Bedok Reservoir for his 6-klick run in the late afternoon and trading cryptocurrency. It's kinda his own personal "Me" time where he gets the opportunity to be solitary and creative. It's also a time where he gets to quietly contemplate innovative marketing, asset progression, and wealth creation strategies enabling massive value-add to his client's portfolios.
