Besides investing in Real Estate, Equities, FD, SD, Unit Trusts, REITS, etc., I have also made between 2-5% of my liquid assets in Cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrency is a new asset class used as an alternate Store of Value with many Use Cases (DeFi, CeFi, NFT, Metaverse, Web3, Gaming, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.) utilizing Blockchain Technology that is disrupting the Traditional Financial industry, Gaming Industry, Real Estate industry, Web3, etc.

 

Personally, Cryptocurrency or Digital Assets are all about Wealth Preservation and Financial Freedom. Freedom to choose how I want to invest, utilize, grow, stake, lend, and move my own assets legally without paying exorbitant fees with innovations such as DeFi (Decentralized Finance) and of course, not dictated by any financial institutions, thus eliminating barriers to entry for the unbanked. Having said that, my Cryptocurrency investment are mostly listed in the Top 50 on CoinGeoko and LiveCoinWatch such as BTC, ETH, XRP, BNB, LTC, ADA, MATIC, SAND, MANA, ENJ, DOGE, SHIB, etc. And yes, I do own meme coins too. :-) As in all investment, Diversification is important. Portfolio diversification :-)

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under Payment Services Act (regulatory exemption) except, Nexo, Bitrue, KuCoin, and Phemex.
